Draft for the school to approve. These terms were written to the shape a payment gateway expects. The school's office must read them, fill in the registered entity name and GSTIN, and confirm them before payments are switched on.

Who is running this

M.CT.M MUN 2026 is a Model United Nations conference hosted by M.CT.M Chidambaram Chettyar International School, Chennai, on 18 and 19 September 2026. Registered entity and GSTIN: to be confirmed by the school office.

Registration

A school enters as a delegation through the form on this site. Entering a delegation is a request for places, not a guarantee of them. Places are held only once the delegate fee has been received in full.

The coordinating teacher named on the form confirms that they are authorised by their school to enter the delegates listed, and that the contact details given are accurate.

The fee

The delegate fee is Rs 1,000 per delegate, inclusive of 18% GST. It covers participation across both days, lunch and refreshments, conference materials and a participation certificate.

Committee allotment

Committee preferences are honoured where committee sizes allow. Allotment is at the discretion of the Secretariat, and a stated preference is not a guarantee of that committee.

Conduct

Delegates are expected to follow the conference code of conduct and the instructions of the Secretariat and school staff. The Secretariat may remove a delegate from a session or from the conference for serious misconduct, without refund.

Photography

The conference is photographed. Images may be used on this site and on the school's social media. Write to the delegate affairs desk before the conference if a delegate should not be photographed.

Changes

Committee sizes, room allocations and the schedule may change before the conference. Material changes are sent to the coordinating teacher by email.
