Refunds and cancellation
When the delegate fee can be refunded, and how to ask.
Draft for the school to approve. The dates and the deduction below are placeholders. The school's finance office must set them and confirm this page before payments are switched on.
Cancelling a delegation
Write to the delegate affairs desk quoting your delegation reference. The request must come from the coordinating teacher named on the registration.
What is refunded
- More than 30 days before the conference — full refund.
- 15 to 30 days before — 50% of the delegate fee.
- Fewer than 15 days before — no refund, as catering and materials are committed by then.
Substitutions
A school may substitute one delegate for another at no charge up to seven days before the conference. Write to the desk with both names and the delegation reference.
If the conference is cancelled
If M.CT.M MUN 2026 is cancelled by the school, every delegate fee is refunded in full.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the account or card the payment came from, and normally reach it within 5 to 7 working days of being approved.
